Project:

• Installed high purity pipe systems including Hydrogen, Helium, Nitrogen, oxygen, deionized water, compressed air and steam
• Installed stainless steel combustible and noncombustible pipe system
• Systems were purged and orbital welded
• Systems tested with helium
• Purchased and installed high purity steam boilers, DI, RO and dry CA equipment 
• Connected all process piping systems to a variety of GM’s Hydrogen fuel cell test stands
• Installed process piping in new clean room and connected high purity systems to relocated GM’s parts machinery from their existing clean room

In addition to the process piping and equipment, we also procured and installed all mechanical AHU’s, CHW and HW pumps, building utilities, and HW boilers, process waste systems, ductwork and plumbing
