Universal Piping Industries has two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that handle our fabrication. These advanced shops are outfitted with the latest technology and equipment. All fabrication work is performed by local pipefitters and plumbers who are trained to the most current standards and certified in most welding techniques.
Our manufacturing facilities are ASME certified and perform unique welding procedures, including:

- Shielded Metal Arc
- Orbital
As a leader in modular construction, UPI also has the capability to produce any pipe fabrication offsite so costs, schedules and engineering can be controlled, while the quality of our product and safety considerations are maximized. By eliminating construction activity from the project site, we can reduce site disruption and vehicle traffic, improving overall safety, security and the construction process.

- Our Kentucky fabrication facility is close to automotive manufacturing plants in Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi
- Total shop capacity is in excess of 75,000 square feet, and features overhead cranes, high head room, over-sized drive through lanes, large enclosed storage areas and automated equipment to ensure higher quality, consistent welds.
